Property Management Level position overseeing the management of multi-unit residential apartment building.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent quality levels of all operations to meet defined quality standards.
• Develop maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the property and tracking program to measure customer satisfaction levels. -Working with staff to set and attain performance and developmental goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 10 years supervisory related experience, 5 of which in management/supervisory level position. .
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of the workforce
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and decisions in critical situations.
• General computer knowledge including work-order software systems.
